Yes. The number of reviewers is unlimited, and all reviewers will be updated in real time when making any change in the input and viewing the new ‘What-if’ scenario.
It generally takes up to one hour to run a simulation. It can, however, take slightly longer, depending on the complexity of the capital structure of your company.
There is no limitation on the number of share classes that can be entered into the Term Sheet Analyzer.
In order to run different scenarios and simulations for a specific company, you should prepare the following data in advance:
An updated cap table of your company (on a per share class basis)
The company’s liquidation preferences
The expected company valuation at exit
The stock options already granted, along with their respective exercise price
